Die-casting operator • Chickasaw County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Chickasaw County, Iowa. You will work on the moulding line. The role involves make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
