Line cook — Towns County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Towns County, Georgia. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
