Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Lawrence County, Ohio. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
