Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; check back during the meal and handle special requests; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
