Construction labourer — Mercer County

Now hiring: we are hiring a construction labourer in Mercer County, West Virginia. You will be based on a commercial building project. Your main tasks: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
