Tree and shrub pruner — Hawkins County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Hawkins County, Tennessee. You will work in a public park. On the job you will handle: • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
