You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
