Meat trimmer — McHenry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in McHenry County, North Dakota. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
