Head baker — Owyhee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Owyhee County, Idaho. You will work in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 5+ years on the tools preferred.
