Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in El Paso County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
