Overlocker operator — Billiri

Now hiring: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Billiri, Gombe State. You will work at a busy garment factory. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Day to day you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
