Visual inspection operator wanted in Davis County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Davis County, Iowa. The job is at a food processing unit. You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade The role involves: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data 1+ years on the tools preferred.
