Great opportunity: we are hiring a construction helper in Dallas County, Iowa. You will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
