On the job you will handle: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load Requirements: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
