Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Waupaca County, Wisconsin. The job is in a collision repair centre. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Day-to-day duties: • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Full-time, day shift.
