Urgent requirement: in-process quality controller (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Shelby County, Missouri. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Day to day you will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $2,750 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
