Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Marion County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
