Urgent requirement: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Pulaski County, Virginia. The job is on a construction site. The role involves: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Full-time with occasional weekends.
