Blocklayer — Ishielu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Ishielu, Ebonyi State. The job is at a residential building site. You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one On a typical shift you will buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
