Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Dodge County, Minnesota. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $23 per hour plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
