Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
