Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Van Wert County, Ohio. You will work at a garment factory. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
