Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Union County, Tennessee. The job is in a cabinet-making workshop. Requirements: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Day-to-day duties: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
