Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Marion County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels Requirements: • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
