What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
