Access scaffolder — Cornwall

Great opportunity: we are hiring an access scaffolder in Cornwall, England. You will hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold Full-time, day shift.
