Packaging machine operator — Daviess County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Daviess County, Missouri. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage The role involves measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience.
