Surface coating operator — Ekiti

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Ekiti, Kwara State. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
