Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Lake County, California. The job is on an earthmoving and excavation site. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance On a typical shift you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift.
