Mobile crane operator wanted in Pickens County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Pickens County, South Carolina. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
