We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel painter in Modoc County, California. On a typical shift you will strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Six days a week, one day off.
