Wet plasterer • Comanche County, Oklahoma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Comanche County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a refurbishment property. On the job you will handle: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming What we are looking for: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Part-time with flexible hours.
