Powder coating line operator — Kiowa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kiowa County, Oklahoma. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
