Chef de partie — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Washington County, Illinois. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
