Assembly line worker • Hardin County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Hardin County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy assembly plant. Requirements: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Day to day you will top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
