Blocklayer — Oyo East

Now hiring: we are hiring a blocklayer in Oyo East, Oyo State. You will be based on a busy housing site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Day-to-day duties: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish Pay around ₦245,000 per month, based on your experience.
