Framing carpenter wanted in Madison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Madison County, Illinois. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Day-to-day duties: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
