Tree and shrub pruner wanted in Eilean Siar

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Eilean Siar, Scotland. You will work on a golf course. Requirements: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Happy to work outdoors in all weather The role involves: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer £2,100 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
