Brick and block layer — Crowley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Crowley County, Colorado. The job is on a new-build development. The role involves: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Full-time with occasional weekends.
