Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
