Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Lee County, Texas. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time with occasional weekends.
