Milling machine operator — Marshall County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Marshall County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron On a typical shift you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm.
