Mobile crane operator — Porter County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Porter County, Indiana. The role involves: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
