Argon welding operator wanted in Burnet County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Burnet County, Texas. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard On a typical shift you will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
