Confectioner — Onna

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Onna, Akwa Ibom State. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₦125,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
