Site labourer — Buchanan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site labourer in Buchanan County, Virginia. The job is on a high-rise construction site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker On a typical shift you will mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
