Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel technician in Hancock County, West Virginia. The job is in a smash repair workshop. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) On a typical shift you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
