Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
