Acoustic insulation fitter — Lake County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Lake County, Michigan. You will work on a construction site. Your main tasks: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
