Powder coater — Sharkey County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Sharkey County, Mississippi. You will be based at an automotive components factory. You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
